These are some things that I personally recommend because I use them myself to help keep my health and life in balance.
Sharon is a homeopath or more accurately a Biotherapeutic Homeopathic Therapist. Regardless, she is amazing. I was super sick and both the doctor and the naturopath only did so much. Then I saw Sharon and she kicked my healing into high gear. I now do administration work for her and am truly thankfully for what I learn from her. It’s endless. I wish I could download all her knowledge to a USB drive and upload it to my brain. She really knows what she is doing.

Mari is listed on my fellow Jikiden Reiki Practitioners page but she gets an extra mention here because she is where my journey to health really got started. She is even the one who recommended Sharon Richlark to me. Mari is one of the loveliest people I have ever met and she has the best energy. If you ever meet her (which I highly recommend if you are out in Chilliwack) you will understand. I started going for regular Reiki sessions and I was hooked. With every Reiki session I was so relaxed and would leave feeling so much better. Since then I learned Jikiden Reiki from Mari and now here I am. I still miss my Reiki sessions with Mari though. If I hadn’t moved away I would still be showing up at her door regularly.

This company has absolutely amazing products that are developed with their philosophy of regeneration. They cleanse, nourish and balance your body. I always feel better after taking them. They also have some terrific body care and home care products as well.
They were originally recommended to me both by Mari Okazaki, my Jikiden Reiki teacher and also Sharon Richlark, my homeopath.

I am exploring essential oils and what I have discovered so far has me impressed. The more I learn the more I want to learn.
I am aware of the great controversy over the different essential oil companies. To be honest I have not done a lot of research on the others because I am properly impressed by Young Living Oil’s Seed to Seal practices. This means that they grow the plants from seeds and have control over the entire essential oil making process. They are quality oils that I can trust and that is good enough for me.
Besides, they also come highly recommended once again by Sharon Richlark, my homeopath, who is extremely (extremely!!) discerning when it comes to which products she will use. As well, I had the opportunity to do some administration work for Tinesja Vanel who is considered an essential oil expert. She switched to Young Living only because the quality was equivalent or better to the European products she once used.
